Make your hotel reservations at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC for Convergence 2003. We have reserved a block of rooms for Convergence but the hotel will only hold the block until July 28, 2003. The room rate is good for single, double and triple occupancy and good for check-in as early as Thursday, August 28th and for check-out as late as Wednesday, September 3rd. Make your reservations now even if you haven't paid for your Convergence registration or you will risk losing out on the special Convergence room rate. If you discover that you won't be able to go to Convergence you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before check-in without penalty.

Call the hotel at 202-582-1234 and tell them you are with the G&M of Washington, DC, Convergence meeting to get the Convergence room rate.
