On behalf of Jamaica AIDS Support, Jamaica's only non-profit, non-governmental AIDS organization, I would like to put out an urgent plea for donations of computers. Our organization offers many services for people living with AIDS, conducts public aids prevention education, and works with and for the gay community of Jamaica. With homosexuality and AIDS still very stigatized in Jamaica, and with the country suffering from high extremely high levels of poverty, we find ourselves unable to afford the most basic office equiptment which we so badly need.
