I need a "freedom-brief" to my child! I'm a cuban girl with a little child. I don't need a residence in anywhere. I have a PhD position in Spain and I don't want to leave my country forever. I need to get married with a forein male in order to obtain a permission from Cuba to take my child out with me, because the children don't have any other way here to get this permission.
