It all depends on what measures you and your partner(s) take for protecting your health. You can get very sick in your own bedroom if you are not careful. Just because there are lots of men present at places like the Romp does not automatically increase one's chances of getting ill.

I always have a nice, fun time at the Romp (as well as at the Looming, IT, and the backroom at the Eagle.)

I think perhaps the person who posted this tacky reply to the original message might be an old fart who isn't getting any, largely due to his negative attitude about healthy horny sex.
