I think this will be a great deal for someone.

I am a business owner that has the business located in an older residental area. Need someone to live in house when business is closed, mow yard, take trash out, clean the offices etc. Nothing real heavy duty. Should be a pretty easy gig.

Oh, and take care of my personal needs once in a while. I am married so discretion is a must. No one knows about this side of my life and it has to stay that way. My needs are not very demanding.

Must be straight acting, no drugs, minimal drinking and reliable.
