MASSUER NEEDS LIVE AND WORK SPACE MANHAT, NEW YORK

I CAN AFFORD 1200-1700. I am 32 year old male who is in the process of rebuilding my credit and my life. I currently rent a room from a friend in Harlem and feel like it may be time to go on my own. I'm looking to rent a 1-2bedroom apartment from owner in Manhatten. I currently work as a massage therapist (PROFESSIONAL). I recently moved back to the east coast from San Francisco three weeks ago to be closer to my mother. I will be attending the Swedish institute in January hopefully if my financial aid tranfers successfully from San Francisco. I attended the National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy in Emeryville CA, just south of San Francisco about 10 Minutes. I worked as a property manager in the heart of San Francisco for Caritas management while i attended school part time. I have 6 years of property management and Senior property management experience. I learned all aspects of property management and maintenance experience. I can instal fixtures, plumbing, paint, etc. I even carry my own tools. I decided to attend school for massage therapy in an effort to work for myself, save money and then go into rehabing homes for profit or to someday start my own property management company. This is my dream and goal. At this time I am renting a room and paying 700 per month to live and then another 1200 per month for a station. My ideal dream is to live and work in one space pref a Studio-1 or 2 bedroom. I would fix it up and make beautiful, I could even install pergo floors. I am an interior designer as well (professional)I'm working at two spas 7 days a week. I'm looking to begin my private practice in March which is why a 2 bedroom is more desireable. Rent is negotiotable I don't have first and last (that is the break I need) though I am waisting tons of money where I could be paying rent. I am also willing to barter for part of my rent if that is possible. Like I said I am a professional massage therapist (Nothing Sexual)I am a good honest person with no scams or alot of friends. I am truly trying to make something of my life. I don't have a lot of friends or distractions. I came back to help my mother and myself live a better life. I have great work, school and personal references from the past ten years. The problems on my credit have never been with rent. Rent is always paid when I pay rent. Also as a property manager I know the importance of maintaining an apartment and maintaining a good landlord tenant relationship. I HAVE GREAT WORK REFERENCES, SCHOOL REFERENCES, CREDENTIALS, RESUME, VALID LICENSE, PASSPORT, I SPEAK FULL ITALIAN AND SPANISH. MY MOTHER WILL BE A CO-SIGNER IF NEED BE. If you are the owner, or if you mangage many estates and could afford to let one go for less then usual that would be awesome. i COULD EVEN FIX UP A SHELL TO LIVE IN. I am very responsable, very ambitious, but I don't have the best credit right now (looking to change that in 2007). I need a great place in a decent location that will help fuel my fire. I'm looking to rent from January until forever. I decided NYC is the city I want to stay in.I hope there is a great person out there who will help me out by being my absolutely wonderful landlord.
