Last mounth and security is necessary. The room is available till rented. The house is neat, clean, landscaped and no children present. The house is in Bourne/Pocasset about a 5 minute drive from the Bourne Bridge, on the Cape Cod side of the Canal. The location is convenient to Falmouth, Mashpee, Woods hole and with in an hours drive, North to Boston, West to Providence R.I. and South to Provincetown. It's located on a salt water inlet leading out to Buzzards Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The house is situated about 30' from the deep salt waters edge and my retaining wall. From the retaining wall, starts my pier and goes out to my two floats about 30' feet beyond that, were I dock my two boats. I enjoy my 24 ft' Christ Craft open run about and my 13 ft. Boston wayler. I also enjoy my 550 Honda motorcycle. There is some storage in the basement, along with a complete GYM for aerobic and anaerobic exercise. There is a full size desk, over looking the water and small Marina, that can be used for your office and computer needs. DSL is also available here. There is a telephone extension jack that also goes from your desk area to your bed room for a telephone extension.
