Is there still a gay hot line in Billings?

Several years ago there was a message posting service. I believe it was OutWest or something like that. Does it still exist?

Also, looking to hook up with a guy named Chuck that lived in the Heights. I lost his number before we could hook up. All I know about him other than his first name is he is about 50ish, gay and uncut. Pretty vague huh?
